Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, you can do so by sending us an email within 24 hours of purchase at support@strapcare.com.

If you have a problem with your order, like a defect item, please contact us immediately within 10 days of product delivery. Once a refund is approved from our team, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We cannot accept refunds for a simple change of mind, thank you for your understanding.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
